Website Disclaimer for Bugsubsequently Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use bugsubsequently.property. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Bugsubsequently Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work on your property is done by an independent provider. It is never done by Bugsubsequently Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We offer no warranty on the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general in nature. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Every tree and every property is different. What fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices change with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. If you have questions, contact your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and weakened structures. Do not put yourself in harm's way. Keep away from downed lines and call your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Bugsubsequently Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this website correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or without mistakes.
